A visual food concept developed in response to the artistic work of Sarah Mayoral Studio, translating her visual language into an edible and sensory experience.

The concept created bei Verena Holthaus brought together art, food and design through carefully composed textures, colours and forms — from a sandwich cake with cream cheese, figs, plums and thyme to vegan caviar and jellies made with Chirp Food cordials.

As part of the project, the Akademieverein was welcomed as the first group of guests for an intimate introduction and talk, offering deeper insights into Sarah’s work ahead of the official opening and tasting.
